Return Policy:
We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. So, if for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've outlined the guidelines below to help make your return or exchange a smooth and seamless experience: If you’re not satisfied with an item that you purchased from Shades of Divine, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery for a full refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned.
To complete your return or exchange, email customerservice@shadesofdivine.com and include the following information;
Your Order Number
Date of purchase
Name purchased under
Reason for return or refund
Product(s) (with the style/color information, if applicable) you want to exchange for, or refund, or product that is defective.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs (except in instances where the item arrived damaged or defective). We recommend insuring your return shipment and using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.
Once your request is reviewed, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return, exchange or refund. For damaged or defective items, we may or may not require the item to be returned to us but you will be instructed as such.
The following items may not be returned:
Items marked as final sale or "not returnable" on the product page or during the checkout process;
Exchanges (if applicable) If you are applying for an exchange, you will receive information on how to proceed with the exchange including and price differences between products if applicable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
You will be notified on your refund the method of refund. If you haven’t received your refund by the stated timeframe, please check your bank account and/or credit card as it may take additional time for your refund to post.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@shadesofdivine.com and we will review and provide a status of your refund.

Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order please send email to customerservice@shadesofdivine.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Please note that depending on when we receive your request, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled but we’ll try our best to accommodate.
