Q - I haven't received my order, how do I get information?

A - You can always check the status of your order on our site under "orders" or you can send us an email to customerservice@shadesofdivine.com and we will review the issue.

 

Q - Do you ship outside of the U.S?

A- At this time we do not ship outside the U.S

 

Q - How do I get a refund or exchange?

Q - What are the shipping times?

A - Orders are generally filled and shipped within 48 hours and our items are shipped from inside the U.S. so your product should reach you within 10 days of order. This time may be extended during peak holiday times. Please see our "Shipping Information" for more details.
