The Covid Pandemic has been so hard for so many. Many have lost lives, lost jobs, lost businesses and lost Faith. But good has also come from this... Families have spent more time together, many have found a stronger Faith than they had before, we have realized the little things we have taken for granted that mean so much, like a hug, seeing our grand-children, etc... We are just starting to recover and now with all the hate that is happening, we have to STOP! Stop and remember what Christ has taught us. There will be those who hate but the only real way we can stop the hate is with Love. There is no excuse for hate against anyone. regardless of color, religion, country, etc... We ALL bleed the same and were ALL created to do great things in this world. There are so many scriptures that talk about hate and how Christ wants us to deal with it. We are ALL brothers and sisters in Christ. So many hated Christ but yet were all forgiven. They stoned him, mocked him and at the very worst murdered him. But yet God forgave them. I believe in justice for wrong doing for sure and sometimes our judicial system is weak at best, but there is only ONE final judge and jury and that is God. We can pray, encourage and be honest with each other and teach that hate is not ok. We can join arms with our brothers and sisters for the good, but taking action into our own hands to harm others or destroy property is just not ok. That makes things worse in an already hard and trying time. We have a voice and are expected to use it. We have a heart and are expected to use it. But everything we have been given is to be used for good not evil. None of us are any better than another. We were each wonderfully made and made to help and love each other. To use the unique gifts each of us has been given; to lead, to preach, to teach, to serve. All for good not evil. My heart hurts for all the hate that is happening. I pray for people to move from the darkness and see the light that God provides. I'll use my voice and action in a peaceful way to promote Love not Hate in this world. May God bless you all.- Whoever says he is in the light and hates his brother is still in darkness.
