Selections
Belgian Milk - 1X strong Ultra-Milk Chocolate This is the lightest, sweetest, creamiest milk chocolate with real vanilla for that great old fashioned taste like grandma used to make. Natural Flavor.
American - 3x Strength Dark Milk Chocolate. Like drinking a 55% chocolate bar. Instant hot chocolate made with real cocoa and whole milk powder. No creamers. Just add hot water to get a true chocolate. Most Americans prefer a strong plain milk chocolate taste. But this is more distinct and sophisticated than standard milk chocolates. Call it an upper Medium strength chocolate. It's also creamy for people who aren’t serious chocoholics. Sometimes one just wants an American-style chocolate.
Mint - 3X Strength Dark Milk Hot Chocolate Like a 55% chocolate bar. Instant hot chocolate made with real cocoa and whole milk powder. No creamers. Just add water to get a true chocolate. Holy Chocolate Mint reflects a sophisticated "grasshopper" style cookie. The mint is very natural tasting so it is a wonderful compliment to the bold and full-bodied cocoa. In a world of crass imitation mints its hard to compare it. Strong but not overwhelming; its cool, chocolaty, and refreshing.

About Holy Chocolate: While pastoring I served the chocolate to my very small congregation one day after the Sunday service and everyone really loved it. Later that week a few ladies came by for "counseling." But they didn't want any counseling, they just wanted some more chocolate! Then there was an economic downturn and some people lost their jobs and were moving away from our tiny congregation. Searching for answers to face the challenge, a lady proclaimed, "Sell the chocolate!" And that was how it all began.
